Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchanged for store credit, after inspection of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If you decide this isn’t for you, we’ll make it as easy as possible, just write us a email wecare@sprklerefined.com with order number to receive your free return shipping label.  Sparkle&Refined accepts returns for in-stock as well as made-to-order items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged Products

Damaged Products If a purchased item is damaged, please send us an email at wecare@sprklerefined.com and we will work with you to exchange the item and ensure to provide you with a fresh new product!

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please send us an email at wecare@sprklerefined.com and we will work with you to exchange the item.
